Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or license in early childhood education or closely related field.
• Vermont Career Ladder certificate or teaching license with ECE endorsement.
• Experience with young children in classroom settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

What You'll Do

• Create a safe, nurturing "home away from home" environment where children can develop social skills, independence, and self-confidence.

Licensed Teacher Requirements

Candidates must meet at least one of the following qualifications:

• Vermont Early Childhood Career Ladder Certificate Level 4A or 4B; OR
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Development, Child Development, Elementary Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Child and Family Services, or a closely related field; OR
• Current Vermont Early Educator Teaching License with an endorsement in Early Childhood Education; OR
• Current Vermont teaching license with an endorsement in Early Childhood Special Education.
