Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health is hiring LPNs across Southwest Missouri (Springfield, Branson, and surrounding communities) to support programs in psychiatry, community support, substance use recovery, crisis services, and residential settings.

You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, monitor health data, and educate clients and families as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri LPN license
• Prefer one year of healthcare experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Compassion, empathy, and commitment to exceptional care

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor vital signs and medical histories; maintain accurate health records
• Educate clients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care
• Promote a safe, respectful environment for clients and staff
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills
