Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Ohio. You will deliver direct resident care, coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff, and support residents and families with physical and psychological needs.

We offer Part Time 7p-7a and PRN shifts, with starting pay at $28.00 per hour plus $3.00 second/third shift differentials. Benefits include medical, life, and 401(k) plans, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved nursing program.
• Valid Ohio LPN license and CPR.
• At least 6 months of direct care nursing experience; long term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to residents.

• Assist with safety assurance for residents and nursing staff.
• Communicate with nursing and other departments and service providers.
• Exhibit positive professional image to residents, visitors, and facility staff.
