Job summary

Country Lane Gardens in Thornville, OH is hiring full-time LPNs to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents. You will perform prescribed nursing tasks, monitor patient conditions, and work closely with a care TEAM to maintain standards of care and safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN LPN:

• Providing nursing care within their scope of practice
• Performing appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients
• Working cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care
• Any other job duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN LPN:

• Must have an active Certification as an LPN
• Experience preferred, not required
