DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

Wesson 3 contains 24 beds and 12 telemetry monitors. Wesson 3 services a wide variety of patients aged 22 to 100+ with common diagnoses that may include: Renal/Dialysis patients, sepsis, cellulitis, behavioral health, GI bleed, transplant (kidney), syncope/respiratory.

SCHEDULE:

Full‑time, day shift (7a‑7p) 12‑hour shifts. Every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Wesson 3 Baystate Medical Center – Springfield, MA.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed as a LPN in the state of Massachusetts
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification

The base pay range shown above considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This base pay range does not include our comprehensive benefits package and any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.

No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non‑exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum $31.77 - $36.53 - $43.21
