Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Oahu Home Health team. We deliver compassionate, high-quality home health care to clients and families on Oahu.

As an LPN in our community, you will monitor client conditions, follow up on orders, and document care plans. We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities to grow professionally within BAYADA’s supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year recent acute care experience as an LPN
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma)

Responsibilities

• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to supervising clinicians
• Follow up with and document doctors' orders accurately
• Perform client assessments and document observations and interventions
• Provide nursing care under the guidance of BAYADA policies and care plans
• Travel to clients in the local service area on a schedule that fits your needs

Qualifications for BAYADA LPNs:

• A nursing license in good standing issued by Hawaii or other NLC State
• One Year Recent Acute Care experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

Type: Full-Time

Pay: Weekly; Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $50-$55 per point.
