Job summary

Willoughby SNF Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced nurse supervisor to provide direct nursing care and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of CNAs in our Willoughby, Ohio facility.

Responsibilities include directing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, maintaining accurate documentation, administering medications, and coordinating care plans with physicians and support teams.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN or RN in the state of Ohio.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and customer service skills essential for staff and resident care.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain accurate charting, documentation, and reporting for residents and admissions/discharges.
• Administer medications as ordered and verify resident identity before treatment.
• Coordinate care plans with physicians, family, and other departments to ensure quality care.
• Participate in QA, safety, audits, and staff development initiatives.
