Job summary

Rosaires Care in Hawaii is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality, technology-enabled patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. You will partner with RNs and physicians to provide hands-on clinical care, administer medications, and document care in electronic health records.

The role supports both in-person and virtual visits, helps patients use digital health tools, and contributes to workflow improvements while maintaining a strong focus on patient/member

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure required.
• Strong clinical judgement and patient care skills.
