Job summary

Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park in Franklin, IN is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join the SNRC team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care while supporting clinical operations and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise CNAs and QMAs, administer medications, monitor responses, document vital signs, and communicate changes to the care team. The ideal candidate holds an LPN license, CPR/BLS, and can work collaboratively in a team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current and active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR and BLS Healthcare Provider certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise resident care provided by CNAs and QMAs.
• Prepare and administer medications including various routes per physician orders and policies.
• Administer PRN medications and monitor resident response.
• Count and document scheduled medications during shift changes to ensure accountability.
• Measure and document vital signs including BP, temp, pulse, respirations, SpO2, and glucose.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate resident status changes promptly.
