Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care - Clearfield is seeking dedicated RNs or LPNs to deliver high-quality nursing care on a dedicated unit. The role includes assessing resident needs, creating care plans, administering care, and supervising CNAs and other staff in daily tasks.

The successful candidate will possess an active license in Utah, strong clinical assessment skills, and the ability to work within an interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, compliant care for residents.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in Utah (RN or LPN).
• Ability to assess patients and develop care plans.
• Make independent decisions when required.
• Knowledge of long-term care laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
