Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Observing residents for changes and reporting to RN or physician.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Provide wound, catheter care and other LPN procedures.
• Document care and observations using EHR or paper records.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and the care team.
• Participate in care planning meetings and contribute to plans.
