Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor residents' vital signs, document progress, and report significant changes to the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation and communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
