Job summary

HumanGood community is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate care for older adults in a mission-driven senior living setting. This full-time role involves hands-on nursing, med administration, and assisting with Activities of Daily Living, while monitoring health and safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in the appropriate state.
• Experience delivering nursing care to older adults in a residential setting.
• Strong documentation skills and knowledge of infection control.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for effects.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.
• Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and ensure infection-control standards.
