McCormick is seeking an LPN or RN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. The role requires leadership to plan shift services, monitor documentation, and coordinate with physicians for rounds and orders.
The successful candidate will hold a current unencumbered state nursing license (RN or LPN) and CPR certification, with preferred experience in long-term care.
In need of a LPN or a RN in which the individual would be responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
