Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the medical team at Autry State Prison in Pelham, GA. You will deliver holistic nursing care within your scope, under the supervision of RNs and clinical staff, addressing both physical and behavioral health needs.

The role is per diem, with on-site night and weekend shifts available. CPR certification and an active LPN license are required to qualify.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
