Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Coastal State Prison in Port Wentworth, Georgia. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN direction, addressing physical and behavioral health needs.

Requirements include an active LPN license, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. Available shifts include days, nights, and weekends on a PRN basis. Pay rate is $34 per hour.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients under supervision of RNs and medical and psychiatric staff.
• Respond to physical and behavioral health needs of patients.
• Collaborate with medical and psychiatric staff to deliver care.
