Wesley Willows in Rockton, IL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN shifts, offering $30.00-$35.00 per hour. You will administer medications, plan care, and document care in partnership with the team. A valid IL LPN license is required; 1–2 years in long-term care preferred.

GRN considered if licensed within 45 days. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to support residents' dignity, safety, and a positive daily environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid Illinois license (required).
• 1–2 years of experience in long-term care preferred.
• Graduate Registered Nurse (GRN) considered if licensed within 45 days of hire.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement personalized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and infection control standards.
• Collaborate across teams and respond calmly in emergencies.
