Job summary

University Clinical Health (UCH) in Tennessee seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide professional nursing care for patient comfort, triage concerns, and assist physicians during exams and treatments. You will obtain vital signs and coordinate scheduling.

Qualifications

Position Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide professional nursing care for patients' comfort and well-being, including preparing equipment, triaging patient concerns, and assisting physicians during examinations and treatments. In addition, the LPN will obtain patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration. Responsibilities will also include coordinating procedure scheduling, obtaining prior authorizations, observing and maintaining records on patient care, condition, reaction, and progress through the electronic medical records.
