Job summary

Brockton Neighborhood Health Center Inc is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to maintain a patient-centered environment across a multi-provider setting. You will support providers, prepare patients for visits, and perform routine nursing tasks in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, administering injections, preparing for examinations, managing chart documentation in the EHR, and assisting with testing and minor procedures while ensuring patient

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Massachusetts LPN license to practice.

Mostly standing and walking required. Visual acuity sufficient for frequent reading. Hearing acuity sufficient for holding conversation with or without audio devices.
