Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking an LVN to support practice physicians and patients. The role includes rooming patients, taking vitals, and documenting in the EMR, with assistance to physicians as needed.

Responsibilities also cover phone triage, preparing exam rooms, and handling other duties as assigned. An Associate's degree in nursing and an active LVN license are required, with 2–5 years of LVN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required or equivalent.
• Active LVN license required.
• 2-5 years LVN experience preferred; GI or Internal Medicine experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Room patients.
• Take patient vitals, record vitals and medical information in EMR.
• Assist physicians as needed.
• Write prescriptions, as directed by physicians.
• Phone triage, as needed.
• Clean patient exam rooms and prepare for next patient.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
