Job summary

Qualifications

• LPN licensure in Virginia or eligible Licensure.
• Current LPN Licensure in Virginia; AHA BLS Certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, age-specific care per orders and care plan.
• Document care activities accurately.
• Safely administer prescribed medications and monitor for interactions.
• Assist the health care team and begin to assume leadership responsibilities at the unit level.
