Job summary

The CARIN Alliance is seeking an experienced LPN for our Outpatient/Ambulatory Neurology clinic to support adult patients receiving Botox/nerve injections.

You will perform pre-visit calls, complete forms, reinforce patient education, collect data, and assist with assessments while collaborating with RNs, neurologists, and medical staff. A valid LPN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or LPN boards.
• Prior neurology or outpatient experience preferred.
• Valid LPN license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for adult patients in Botox/nerve injection clinic.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with RNs, neurologists, and medical secretaries. Collect patient data, assist in assessments, and participate in team-based care, quality improvement, and mentoring. Ensure care aligns with organizational policies and patient care plans.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or qualified via LPN boards. Prior neurology or outpatient experience preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills, with experience in electronic health records. Ability to adapt to evolving situations and work flexible hours.
