Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) for private duty, in-home care in the Bloomfield Hills area. The role focuses on compassionate, patient-centered support for clients in their homes.

Shifts run weekend-only, with 7-7 am and 7-7 pm options; benefits include 401K, medical benefits, PTO, flexible scheduling, and 24/7 staffing support from a caring management team.
