The role features 12-hour shifts on an AB rotation, with options for day or night hours, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. You will provide skilled nursing care and collaborate with a hospitable team to ensure superior resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN with active state licensure.
• CPR certification required.
• Clean background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents and guests.

We run on an A/B 12-hour Block Rotation

Hours: 7a-7p OR 7p-7a

ROTATION A

Week 1 Work: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday Off: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Week 2 Work: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Off: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

ROTATION B

Week 1 Work: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Off: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

Week 2 Work: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday Off: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
