Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care in a fast-paced surgical trauma unit under supervision or alongside RNs. Responsibilities include using the nursing process, coordinating care, and performing head-to-toe assessments as well as IV insertions and wound care.

Required: graduation from an accredited LPN program, LPN license with IV certification, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Valid LPN license with IV certification as per state requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Experience preferred but not mandatory.
