Genesis is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Beckley, West Virginia, to provide efficient nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. You will evaluate residents, participate in assessments and care planning, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Applicants must be a graduate of an approved LPN program with an active license or pending licensure, and maintain current BLS/CPR certification where required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Active LPN license in the state or pending licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification if employed in a skilled nursing center or per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
