Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to support clinical operations, administer meds under RN orders, and ensure patient flow and satisfaction. You will liaise between patients and providers and participate in on-site duties at multiple New Jersey locations.

The role requires willingness to work one night a week and one Saturday a month, with travel to Freehold, Jackson, Tinton Falls and Eatontown as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• BLS/CPR certification required or within 60 days of start.
• Demonstrates patient-centered care and effective communication.
• Proven ability to work under supervision and coordinate with team.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support under supervision of RN or clinical supervisor.
• Serve as liaison between patients and providers to ensure smooth flow.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document accordingly.
• Travel to multiple sites as required and participate in shift coverage.

Licenses and Certifications Required

• Licensed Practical Nurse.
• BLS AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification within 60 days of entering position.
