Job summary

Requirements include Pennsylvania LPN license and at least 1 year of home care or related experience; strong communication and ability to work independently; willingness to travel to client homes as needed.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in home care, long-term care, or similar healthcare settings.
