Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse Case Mix Coordinator in Savannah, Georgia, to join our post-acute care team. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for merit-based growth.

You will collaborate with other nurses to optimize resident care plans, maintain compliance, and support a high standard of clinical excellence across shifts. A current LPN license is required to apply.

Qualifications
