Job summary

Wellpath in the United States is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our MAT program team. You will provide comprehensive medical and support services, take vitals, coordinate care with physicians, and assist in injections and lab coordination to support program participants.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

• Oversees the implementation of active treatment and nursing care for patients.

How you make a difference

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works with the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Medical Director to provide comprehensive, on- and off-site clinical services to members enrolled in the MAT program. They provide medical and support services, including injections, lab coordination, pharmacy coordination, teaching wellness classes, taking vitals, and coordinating with psychiatric and medical providers to ensure appropriate medical care for MAT program participants.
