Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (MAT) to support the Medication-Assisted Treatment program. You will work with the MAT Medical Director to provide comprehensive nursing services, including injections, vitals, lab coordination, and coordination with psychiatric and medical providers to ensure appropriate care for MAT participants.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum one year of clinic experience preferred.
• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of employment and CPR certification.

How you make a difference

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works with the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Medical Director to provide comprehensive, on- and off-site clinical services to members enrolled in the MAT program. They provide medical and support services, including injections, lab coordination, pharmacy coordination, teaching wellness classes, taking vitals, and coordinating with psychiatric and medical providers to ensure appropriate medical care for MAT program participants.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Experience

• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.

Licenses/Certifications

• Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
