Brookdale is looking for a dedicated professional to support resident care at our Jacksonville communities. You will help maintain a safe, comfortable environment, monitor residents' responses to treatment plans, and assist nurses with medication administration and room safety.

Applicants must hold an LPN/LVN license as required by Florida state regulations and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to engage residents and families.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with residents and families.
• License to practice as an LPN/LVN as required by state regulations.
• Customer-service oriented with a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses.
• Nurses administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room and adhere to company procedures.
• LPN or LVN License Required per state regulations.
