Ten Broeck Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for evening (3p-11p), overnight (11p-7a), and weekend shifts. We are also offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus for Full-Time Evening, Overnight, or Double Weekend Evening & Overnight shifts, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for all other full-time shifts, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for part-time.

Pay Rate: $28.00-$32.00/hour

Responsibilities
- Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
- Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
- Medication administration
- Follow infection control, emergencies, and other center policies
- Collaborate with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
- Identify and report all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy
- Work under direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, facility Policies and Procedures, and nursing judgment
- Deliver nursing care to residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care
- Collect patient/resident data, make observations, and report pertinent information related to care
- Implement the patient/resident plan of care and evaluate the patient/resident response as required by state regulations
- Direct and supervise care given by other nursing personnel in appropriate situations
- Maintain knowledge of documentation requirements
- Maintain knowledge of equipment setup, maintenance and use (e.g., monitors, infusion devices, drains, etc.)
- Maintain confidentiality and patient/resident rights regarding all information
Qualifications
- LPN licensed by the State
- CPR Certification required
- Two years prior nursing experience preferred
