Overview

Responsibilities

• Chart and record the administration of medication and treatment.
• Patient observation.
• Perform procedures such as reading and recording vital signs, weighing and measuring height and weight, and running other diagnostic tests.

Role Requirements

• A valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
