St. Luke’s Surrey Place is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to evaluate residents per established nursing standards and hospital policies. The role includes managing supplies and equipment on the unit and promoting teamwork within the care team, aligned with the hospital’s mission and values.

You will contribute to high-quality, compassionate care in a value-driven environment, with emphasis on patient safety, teamwork, and professional excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
• Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in the state of Missouri

Responsabilités

Position Summary

Performs the primary functions of a Licensed Practical Nurse. Performs the primary functions of a registered professional in evaluating a designated group of residents in accordance with all established Nursing Standards and Hospital Policies. Responsible for managing all assigned supplies and equipment on the unit. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements

• Education: Completion of accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program
• Licensure: Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in the state of Missouri
