Full Time and Part Time | Days, Evenings or Nights
Pay: $27-$33/hour (Based on experience & shift differentials)

- Administer medications (when needed)
- Communicate with doctors and family members
- Directly supervise employees including provide direction, facilitate communication between shifts, and assign caregiving duties
- Demonstrate awareness of and sensitivity to the needs of residents and their families
- Provide daily assessment of \"at risk\" residents to ensure health needs are being met
- Assist the Resident Care Director with ensuring that all medications are being administered per company and state policies
- Provide training and support to Resident Care Assistants to ensure that they are properly administering medications
- QA at the direction of the Resident Care Director of the MAR, storage, and supply of medication to ensure compliance
- Personally observe administration of medications to ensure compliance
- Establish and maintain a healthy working relationship with PCP, specialists, and other medical providers
- Communicate with all departments about changes in residents and medical needs
- Provide assistance with coverage in extreme situations
- Assist with ensuring Medication Assistants and Resident Care Assistants are knowledgeable of current company and state policies pertinent to their jobs
- Assist with resident admission, transfer, and discharge as needed
- A valid and current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Maintain CPR certification
