Pearl Health Clinic (PHC) is a large outpatient multidisciplinary community mental health clinic that commits to each patient by giving them unparalleled treatment that uncovers the worth we all have as human beings. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor who is not only skilled in patient care but also passionate about leading with compassion, teamwork, and hope.

As the LPN Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in guiding and supporting our medical assistants and providers, helping to keep our clinic running smoothly while making sure patients feel welcome and cared for. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing hands‑on patient care with leadership and collaboration.

Requirements

• Current Idaho LPN license
• Leadership Experience Required
• A leader who inspires trust, teamwork, and positivity
• Strong organizational skills with experience in scheduling and patient flow
• Experience with Excel and EMR systems preferred
• Self‑directed and able to work without supervision
• Successful completion of drug screening and background check
• Someone who is flexible, collaborative, and ready to step in where needed
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 20 pounds
