Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team at our Concord, MA residential treatment center. We have multiple full-time and part-time opportunities across evening and overnight shifts.

You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with the broader clinical team to support adults in substance use treatment. New graduates are encouraged to apply; training and professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts is required.
• CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certifications are required.
• Prior nursing experience preferred; new graduates are welcome with training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial nursing assessments and evaluate patient status.
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic effects and adverse reactions.
• Perform detoxification protocol-related nursing tasks and safety checks.
• Complete COWS and CIWA assessments as per protocol.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and documentation.
• Support care coordination with the clinical team and providers.

Competitive Pay + New Shift Differentials

Base Pay: $34.00–$35.00/hour + Shift Differential

• Weekday 1st Shift (7 AM–3 PM): +$0.00/hour


• Weekday 2nd Shift (3 PM–11 PM): +$1.00/hour


• Weekday 3rd Shift (11 PM–7 AM): +$2.00/hour

Earn up to $38.00/hour on weekend overnight shifts!

Position Summary

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team and support the medical needs of adult clients in residential substance use treatment. We are hiring for multiple full-time and part-time opportunities across evening and overnight shifts. The LPN plays a key role in client care through nursing assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with the broader clinical team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial nursing assessments for new admissions.


• Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic effects and side effects.


• Deliver care in alignment with detoxification protocols.


• Complete COWS and CIWA assessments in accordance with established protocols.


• Provide education to clients regarding medications and health conditions.


• Support medical providers during assessments and medication management appointments.


• Maintain accurate documentation while upholding strict confidentiality.


• Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely.


• Support overall facility operations with professionalism and compassion.


• Perform other nursing-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.


• Certifications: Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification required.


• Experience: Previous nursing experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.


• Preferred: Experience working with individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders and familiarity with detoxification protocols.


• Base Pay: $34.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience.


• Additional Shift Differentials: Up to +$3.00/hour depending on shift and day worked.
