Job summary
Complete Care, Inc. is hiring experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts in New Jersey. The role focuses on resident-centered, compassionate care while supporting a clinical team.
Strong clinical skills and a caring heart are essential to deliver high-quality care and build meaningful connections with residents and their families. We offer competitive pay ($35-$43/hr), shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts, and a full benefits package, with PTO and paid holidays for 30+
Qualifications
- Valid NJ LPN license required.
- 3+ years of LPN experience in an LTC setting.
- Team mindset with strong clinical skills and a caring attitude.

SHIFT: Days and Evenings
Pay Rates for FT LPNs: $35-$43/hr.
please note: rate varies based on level of LPN experience
SIGN- ON BONUS For 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift LPNs
Valid NJ LPN license is a must
Must have 3+ years of LPN experience in an LTC setting

Competitive pay+ Shift Diff (+$0.75 for 2nd and 3rd shift)
