Walden Behavioral Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to administer medications and deliver nursing care under supervision. Strong emphasis on patient advocacy, documentation, and collaboration in a fast-paced mental health setting.
Shifts include day, evening, and night with rotating weekends. Requires MA LPN license and CPR. Minimum 2 years in a hospital setting, with knowledge of psychiatric nursing processes and crisis management.

The Licensed Practical Nurse administers medications under the supervision of the charge nurse, nurse manager, or nursing supervisor. They can administer care under this direction with the exclusion of doing nursing assessments or admissions.
Shifts: Day 7:00am-3:30pm, Evening 3:00pm-11:30pm, Night 11:00pm-7:30am with rotating weekends.
