Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Mount Pleasant, PA is hiring RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults. This role offers flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

You will perform assessments, administer medications and therapies, educate families, coordinate care with physicians and care teams, and follow plans of care to support better outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• License acquired 1 year prior to application.
• Ability to provide care in a home setting.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Preferred: Pediatric or home health experience.
• Preferred: Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube).
