Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in McClellanville, SC and surrounding areas.

This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering high-quality, individualized home health care. The organization emphasizes HALOS values and a supportive, mission-driven culture with strong clinical support.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license valid in South Carolina.
• License must have been acquired at least 1 year prior to application.
• Ability to provide care in a home setting.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Deliver care per physician orders and plan of care.
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (South Carolina)
• License acquired 1 year prior to application
• Ability to provide care in a home setting
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Preferred:

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
• Flexible scheduling based on your availability
• 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available
