Shift: PRN - as needed - two 8-hour shifts; pay rate: $32.60/hr + PRN differential. CPR certification and an active IL LPN license are required, with ability to obtain clearance.

Pay rate: $32.60/hr + PRN differential

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Clear/Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Illinois or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
