Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a per-diem Licensed Practical Nurse for the Pocatello Women’s Correctional Center in Pocatello, Idaho. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care within the scope of practice to incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical staff.

Position requires Idaho LPN license and CPR certification; corrections experience is not required and the role may require flexibility for PRN shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be CPR certified.

• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

We are currently seeking a per-diem Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Pocatello Women's Correctional located in Pocatello, Idaho.

The LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Licensed Practical Nurses work under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Idaho Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
