Job summary

HomeFirst Home Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private duty in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. This full-time daytime role offers 12-hour shifts (either 3 shifts or 4 shifts) and an hourly rate of $27–$32.

You will provide one-on-one patient care in the home and support family teaching. Requirements include an active LPN license, a current CPR certificate, a TB test within the last year, and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse educational program.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within the state of practice.
• Must have a negative TB test within the last 12 months of the hire date.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
