Assist in developing, implementing and evaluating/revising the plan of care. Attend educational programs and staff orientation which promote professional development. Develop a leadership role within the LPN scope of practice. Participate in Service Excellence Program.

Minimum Requirements

Pay Range

$21.96 - $32.01
