Qualifications

• Successful completion of all required background checks, including CORI and fingerprinting.
• Preferred experience in school nursing and/or pediatric nursing.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to student illness, injury, and medical emergencies.
• Administer medications and perform treatments in accordance with physician orders and school protocols.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential student health records.
• Support student wellness and preventive health initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
• Follow Massachusetts Department of Public Health guidelines and district nursing policies.
• Attend field trips as needed to support student health and safety

About the Position

The Acton-Boxborough School District is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our school health services team for the 2026–2027 school year.
