Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking an LPN to apply nursing process for planning and delivering patient care within the center. You will perform initial assessments, develop and carry out care plans in collaboration with physicians, and document care and physician orders.

A valid Georgia LPN license and current BLS are required; the role emphasizes infection control, safety, ongoing education, and serving as a resource to MOAs and staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold Georgia LPN license and current BLS certification.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients' physical and emotional needs and plans care.
