Job summary

Park View Care Center is a full-service nursing facility dedicated to compassionate, high-quality clinical and rehabilitative care for residents in Edgerton, OH. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care, document accurately, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized plans.

You will monitor residents, administer medications, and communicate changes to families and providers while participating in training and supervision of staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds and assessments on assigned residents.
• Monitor and ensure delivery of high-quality resident care.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate changes in condition to residents, families, and healthcare providers.
• Assist in developing and updating resident care plans.
• Support and train nursing staff, including new and temporary employees.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA, infection control, and emergency protocols.
• Participate in quality assurance and state survey processes.

Position Summary

LPNs are responsible for providing compassionate, high-quality care to residents while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role involves direct clinical care, documentation, communication with interdisciplinary teams, and supervision of nursing staff.

• Perform daily rounds and assessments on assigned residents.
• Monitor and ensure delivery of high-quality resident care.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate changes in condition to residents, families, and healthcare providers.
• Assist in developing and updating resident care plans.

Supervisory Duties

• Direct supervision of nursing staff and indirect supervision of all staff involved in resident care.
• Involved in hiring, training, performance management, and staff scheduling.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred

Licensure

• Must hold a valid LPN License in the state of employment.
