Position Summary

Park View is a full-service nursing facility specializing in complex care. We are committed to providing high-quality clinical and rehabilitative services in a compassionate, supportive environment designed to meet the evolving needs of our patients and residents.

LPNs are responsible for providing compassionate, high-quality care to residents while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role involves direct clinical care, documentation, communication with interdisciplinary teams, and supervision of nursing staff.

  • Perform daily rounds and assessments on assigned residents.
  • Monitor and ensure delivery of high-quality resident care.

Supervisory Duties
  • Direct supervision of nursing staff and indirect supervision of all staff involved in resident care.
  • Involved in hiring, training, performance management, and staff scheduling.

Job Requirements
Education & Experience
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
Licensure
  • Must hold a validLPN Licensein the state of employment.
